This week we are reading a nonfiction narrative text on fossils and begin writing our own narratives from a paleontologist's point of view.
Math
This week in math we will continue to work on place value. We will explore the hundreds and determine how many tens make up 100 and carry this over to larger 3 digit numbers. For example, if 10 tens make up 100, then 20 tens make 200. We will also represent 3 digit numbers in different ways using place value pictures.
Science
This week we will learn about the forms of matter and how they can change.
